On the 24/2/22 I went into the doctor surgery to fill out a medical exemption form was told it will take 10 days for NHS to get back with me with my new card today is the 16/3/22 and I received an email from NHS to say they haven’t received any form from my doctors this is not acceptable I’m a new patient at this surgery and so far very very poor | ||||||
