Truly awful care. Always felt that my issues were not worth seeing anyone for. Had to continually explain myself. Even had doctors trying to take medication from me as they had not read my notes and couldn’t understand why I had this medication plus trying to prescribe me something that I have an allergy to. Reception staff are a nightmare to get past and you are constantly referred to contact MIU to be seen there. | ||||||

Have just moved back to this area and my experience of this practice is not filling me with confidence. Had a blood test and the phlebotomist was aloof at best never looked me in the eye and was unfriendly. Had further telephone appts that were unsatisfactory overall I think that the patient care is uncaring and they basically want to get you out of reception area/and off the phone. I was made to think that my particular issues were unimportant and that I was wasting their precious time. Was originally recommended to join this practice but not impressed at all. Also fed up with the impression that all NHS care is free ABSOLUTELY NOT have been contributing to the NHS all my life and now when at the age of 68 when you need it it isn't there??!!! | ||||||

Difficulty getting past the receptionist. My husband has liver cancer, he was in extreme pain and even though I explained his condition I was told there were no phone call appointments left for that day. End of subject. I don’t feel the reception staff are qualified to make this decision and should have asked qualified staff to make that decision. | ||||||
