So good that I don't want to review them in case everyone rushes over to them and I have longer to wait! In the five years they have been my chemist I have never had anything except wonderful support and care. Mistakes happen all along the NHS chain, and these guys are at the end of the line, so end up dealing with all the problems, many of which they had nothing to do with. They are invariably lovely, understanding, and ready to find solutions. They are also pretty lovely people who make me feel welcome, even if I have a problem, or am sometimes too unwell to know exactly what I'm doing. I will say they are very careful about their customers well-being. They do all the necessary care checks to keep me safe, and are patient with my needs. I'm so glad for the personal recommendation that led me to them, and for the advice, care and hard work they have put into making sure that I am never left wanting throughout dealing with my complex medical needs. I lso always get my free flu jab through them too, as they can get it earlier than my surgery, and I have had good advice about the supplements I've asked about, and the various home testing kits for pain management, diabetes and oxygen monitors that I have needed so that I'm confident that they actually do meet my needs, but within my budget. They are friendly and warming, but also very professional in their care.

I forgot the bank holiday would mean my doctor's surgery was closed. I was met with helpful advice, a speedy service and a real ' can do' approach to my need for an emergency dispensing of treatment as I'm going away this week end. It completely put me at ease, despite my daft mistake , the 2 gents on duty were both courteous and friendly. Brilliant!

I woke up yesterday morning knowing full well that I would need to give in and have a flu jab, slight problem is my abject fear of injections. But after all the news stories I had no choice, i rang DR's they had no serum left and suggested I try a supermarket pharmacy, as we shop at Tescos I rang them and said I would go there and then, before I chickened out. The pharmacist was really knowledgeable regarding all the strains of flue and adviced me of ways to protect myself from them. It took seconds once I'd filled out the form and i honestly didnt even feel it, I did feel slightly dizzy after, caused by fear LOL the assistant sat me down and made me a cup of tea, offered me a biscuit as well, how kind and as I said, above and beyond, I know which chemists I will be using in the future.
