    I use the electronic prescription service for repeat prescriptions and find that it works mostly very well, and even when there is an occasional glitch the staff are very able and willing to put things right and to rectify any problem as soon as possible, I have lived at East Goscote for nearly 50 years and have used this pharmacy since its beginning for the dispensing of my prescriptions and occasionally for other needs,

    Son was poorly late Friday afternoon, the Doctor gave us a prescription, Boots pharmacy didn't have and wouldn't get until Tuesday!!! Rang Parkem they had medication and waited past the opening hours so I could collect my son's medication. One well son and one very happy customer. Fantastic service. Thank you all very much.
