I have lived in Enfield for nearly 40 years as an adult and have found this pharmacy very good. Staff are helpful, friendly and proactive. I am aware that others have had difficulties with repeat prescription requests made by the pharmacy to certain medical practices and it is the poor and in some cases antiquated systems of the medical practises that at fault. Would you believe that in 2019 some practices still use fax machines?!! (I do hope someone in the NHS reads this) The pharmacy appears well run and organised. Staff know what they are doing. I know of people the pharmacy has called to check they are OK having started a new course of medication that may have side effects. Long may this pharmacy continue. This is my local pharmacy of choice. The pharmacist is helpful, knowledgeable and available. The other staff are pleasant and provide a consistently good service. I am afraid I find the main pharmacist so bullying and rude that I will no longer use this pharmacy. A shame as the other staff, including locum pharmacists, are pleasant and helpful.
