This pharmacy on Baker street enfield should be closed. They always mess up the repeat prescriptions for a 98 years old lady (which should be straight forward) and then when questioned blame it on the GP surgery. You have to queue for around 45mns to be told that they haven't got your medication ready. Never apologise and always try to cover it up..... changed pharmacy today to Hayward in Bush hill park and the prescription will be delivered for free ( lloyds charge a fee!!) tomorrow.

ever since lloyds took over from sainsburys my local instore pharmacy in Parkstone, Poole, Dorset has been in utter chaos. When the former sainsburys employed staff left, or were forced out (pay cut/conditions/staffing levels), this pharmacy's efficiency plummeted through the earth's crust. Everyone of my monthly systmonline prescriptions for the last six months has either been incomplete, sitting in the 'in' tray for up to 10days because there is no qualified pharmacist to fulfill it or 'lost' somewhere on the premises!
This situation is exactly what I had predicted would happen to the former Sainsbury employed chemist when he explained the Lloyds/Celesio takeover. Original Comment Report...

Electronic prescription issued on 25th Feb. Based on previous poor experience I waited 10 day until today to collect - still not made up! Waited further 20 minutes whilst it was done.
