Very helpful staff and pharmacists, always happy to answer questions. Only complaint would be that sometimes the wait for collecting prescriptions is a little long, but this is purely down to it being a very big pharmacy. Everyone is always polite and you can tell that they genuinely care for patients. | ||||||

I have always found the pharmacists to be very helpful and knowledgable. The pharmacy is not dirty. I disagree with the previous review. I have visited many times over the past 15 years. It is a very busy chemist and they have a lot of daily deliveries, which may account for the occasional box or two being left near the counter. I have never seen any litter. | ||||||

The pharmacy is filthy and disorganised. The floor, both in the shop part and behind the counter is strewn with litter, dust and debris. There are boxes and stacks of unsorted goods everywhere. If there was a CQC inspection for pharmacies, this would certainly not pass. | ||||||
