On Monday, 12/6/17, I discovered that I had gone on holiday without my eyedrops. I phoned my G.P. surgery and was told that they could not issue an emergency prescription and that I would have to write in to the surgery with a formal request. I was incredulous! So I phoned my pharmacy, The Nelson Pharmacy, and spoke with them. They could not have been more helpful. In conjunction with the local Swanage, Boots the Chemist pharmacist, (who was equally helpful and co-operative), I had both my eyedrops within 48hours. My thanks and a “well done” to both pharmacies.
