Always kept waiting,
i normally put my order into my doctors, which is next door, on a monday, and collect on a friday,
when i go to collect, im told it will be anywhere between 45min-1hour wait, just for them to bag it up and label it,
absolutly shocking
they are always very busy, and more times than none, people queing up nearly out the door to collect their things. if i drove and was able to get to another pharmacy i would. Original Comment Report...

Hi James
Thank you for taking the time to post your review. I apologise for the disappointing service and wait times you've experienced when visiting our pharmacy. I understand this must have been very frustrating, especially as you have given the pharmacy plenty of time to dispense your prescription.
I will ensure your feedback is recorded and shared with the Regional Management Team, who will take any appropriate action found to be necessary.
I apologise for any inconvenience caused and hope you see an improvement in future.

However this branch remains open is beyond me. Almost every prescription that I hand in takes 5 days to be available, fine if not in a hurry but life healing medication is an other thing. Original Comment Report...

Service has been terrible since the other local branch closed. It's a small pharmacy which is totally overwhelmed with the local need. I have not had my prescription on time , ready or even ordered from GP's when due since the beginning of the year.
I have always used my local pharmacy but not from now! Had enough of being in pain unduly.
I will be going elsewhere from now.
Hand on heart I cannot recommend this place at all. Original Comment Report...
