I needed to get a prescription sent down to Shaldon from my GP in London whilst on holiday. The level of professionalism and courtesy was so high and the customer service was impeccable. There were problems obtaining the correct medicines from the London end but the staff at the Shaldon Pharmacy, in particular the chief pharmacist, were absolutely brilliant!
I wish this were my year round pharmacy! | ||||||

I urgently needed an additional prescription whilst on holiday in Shaldon . My gp was able to issue an electronic form but there were problems releasing from the surgery . It arrived at the pharmacy late in the day - too late I thought to be filled .
However the chemist had taken my mobile and rang me to advise it was ready to be collected - they knew I was worried and was very kind and helpful .
