I lost my glasses which I need for driving. I was due to drive to Sweden from the UK with my husband midday on Tuesday. On Monday morning I phoned Specsavers in Woodley, where I had had my eyes tested previously. I had no hope that they could help but asked if there was any way they could provide me with another pair of glasses that day. The answer immediately came from the optician that yes they could. I was advised to call in, pick some frames and they would fit them within an hour. Which they duly did. All for £25! Including lenses. I was so impressed with the service, the friendliness and professionalism of all the staff concerned from the opticain to the assistant who sorted out the order to the member of staff who fitted them. Plus of course the staff who fitted the lenses. Excellent service, price and quality of product. I will remain ever thankful that I used Specsavers in the past as they are obviously a company who understand customer service. Thank you again to all those concerned at the Woodley branch.
