Mar 28 2023 I have been visiting this opticians for many years and been more than happy until this years experience. I expressed my concerns about the atrocious service and catalogue of errors only to be dismissed with a half hearted 'sorry about that' followed by 'shall I take you off our mailing list' clearly I am not profitable enough for this business

May 28 2022 Highly recommend Kingsthorpe Eye Care. Wonderful caring staff and the best customer service ever. My husband and I have been coming here for years and cannot fault the care and attention we have received. I now take my 93 yr old invalid Mother, who moved to Northampton recently, and they are brilliant with her.

Jul 4 2018 My husband has been using Kingsthorpe Eye care for a couple of years now, extremely happy with the customer service we get, I know I am not allowed to mention any names, but one of the male assistants is genuinely caring and so patient. I am so impressed that I have now changed my opticians to using Kingsthorpe Eye Care. Definitely recommend for customer care, and choices of glasses. Thank you Yvonne Thomson
