Care in the community thank you Pilbeams for showing such genuine care, respect and patience to my 92 year old father when trying to sort out his glasses. The optician was wonderful with dad. Dads sight, hearing and understanding is not what it was, and they were so professional , caring and thoughtful with their approach towards dad and their communications skills under difficult circumstances where a magic to behold, thank you. Dad felt a satisfied and valued human being when he left the premises and the visit made is day. I have since returned for repair work due to dad sitting on his specs and they were so helpful and obliging. My thanks also it made my job of caring for dad much easier.
