Dec 23 2015 I have had experience of Stichell for over one year, with a parent as a resident. He transferred from another location in the area. The change in his care, attitude, general health and demeanour was significant. The quality of food is high, the accomodation comfortable and very clean and the staff show a caring and patient attitude in what can be trying and demanding circumstances. Management is communicative and accessible and there is a strong determination to maintain high standards. The location is accessible and based in a small country park which is very well looked after with a team of gardeners. I believe Stichell has prolonged the life of my parent and I thank them.
