Blue Arrow Care are doing well to be diffent from others. they offer a compaionship service that is free of charge to all. They also promised to send consistent carer's which has been happening so far and that is very rare.

I have been so impressed with the care my mum has been receiving from Blue Arrow Care. She has a small team of carers and they have got to know her so well that they know all the little things she likes and all her little quirks. When I first read that the company offered a free companionship service I have to admit I read every bit of small print to find the catch, I didn't find one and now once a month mum gets a trip out to somewhere she wants to go. I have never met a company who does this and it's made such a difference to my mum. My only negative is that the company isn't bigger or doesn't brag about itself enough because if they did so many more people could benefit from the exceptional care they provide.
