Trinity Homecare (Worcester Park)

My aunt lived on her own but was still active going into the town center every day to do her shopping. She was fiercely independent but was gradually going blind with early stages of dementia. She first used Trinity Homecare in April 2019 for two or three visits a week eventually increasing to 3 times a day after a couple of short stays in hospital. Although I visited as often as I could it was a great relief for me to have Trinity Homecares regular visits. I met several of the staff on my visits and they showed my aunt the greatest attention. She always said they were very kind and supportive. The online reporting was fantastic as I was able to read the reports every day and I was able to leave messages if I had something to tell them. I cannot praise all the staff enough particularly during her latter months throughout the Covid lock-down. A great big thank you to you all.

Once again I cannot thank the Camberley team. I was delayed at the hospital yesterday missing a care call but one phone call to Mel it was all sorted, without Trinity and their support as always I would be unable to live independently, if you already use Trinity Care you will know what I mean by just saying WOW, if you are looking for a new company for your care I cannot recommend them enough, they are so helpful and work with me as a client to provide the best care possible never ever have they let me down! When my care was transferred to Trinity Home Care, Camberley office I couldnâ??t believe it all I can say is itâ??s like winning the jackpot every day, the care provided, the support from the office, manager Clare, Director Mel is faultless, I am so so lucky to have them provide my care with the help of the carers I can live as independently as much as possible. I canâ??t thank everyone at Trinity Care enough, ongoing. Thanks for caring for me and also making sure Jessi my little dog is ok too. Thank once again for everything and being so understanding, things like I was asked if I would have a male carer as a one off and I explained that I didnâ??t, all taken on board and understood, nothing is to much of a problem, you are the stars in my life.

I was very impressed with the level of care provided, both by the individual carers and also the management team. I always had a profile of carers before they were placed, which was useful. Overall an extremely good level of service. I would definitely recommend Trinity.
