I really can’t thank the team & company enough for all that they have done. Care was arranged & in place for my mum within 15 days. This was for a full live in care package. My mum has severe dementia, the care staff have been amazing. It’s also enabled me to keep my mum & dad who’ve been married over 50 years to remain under the same roof and in their own home

After a failed attempt of mum staying in a residential home, we as a family opted for live in care. Very sceptical at first but running out of options and pulling our hair out we decided we would give it a go. Spoke to the Manager at staff at Caring Hands and myself and my brother have never looked back. She guided us through the process. Mum is so much happier in the home she's lived in for over 30 years. She has carers she knows who have become her friends. The Manager pops in for a coffee and constantly checks all is going well. We get feedback on how mum is doing which gives us total piece of mind. We can now live our lives knowing that mum is where she wants to be, at home and is being supported by a great team where nothing seems to be too much trouble. Thank you Caring Hands xx
