very poor care and poor response from management when a complaint was made. Out of date food given and medicine sheets not filled in properly. One medication was given in a double dose. Nothing done to rectify this by management. I would never recommend this company to anyone.

In the short space of time Aroma Care have "looked after" my Mother I have never and hopefully never will encounter such shoddy, unprofessional and damn right rude team of individuals. Turning up late, leaving early, not turning up at all and spending more time filling in worksheets than caring for my Mother. If the council or NHS carry on using these as care contractors then there will be a lot more concerned relatives. Disgraceful service, Disgraceful care and Disgraceful attitude to care. Should rename themselves as "Don't Give A Damn Care"

Privately paid for care service, but what I ask is there definition of 'care'? Paid for nothing more than having a chat! Numerous attempts by family, District nurses and after care team asking to do what they are paid, we're simply not taken in a professional manner as it should. I could go on and on about this company, but just simply stay clear and save the emotional brick wall.
