Bevan Court

We were shown around today by a member of staff! Top marks to them for their humour, patience , understanding and sensitivity. It is obvious that they love their work here. Everyone responds to them with affection and love. The atmosphere is really positive, enabling and so wanting to enable folks to stay independent as long as they can. Flats very well designed, wet room, quite spacious kitchen, all you would need. Meals provided if necessary. In the flat we saw big windows overlooking green and tree filled areas. Set in the lively area of Cheylesmore, Coventry, with all amenities at hand. Much thought has gone into the needs of residents e.g. Making the dining room a communal area with sections such as Music area, T.V area as the upstairs lounge was not used so much. The upstairs lounge is now a quieter area with lovely views over the gardens. What struck me most was an atmosphere of mutual respect, fun and also a very peaceful place to be because of the gardens and surrounding greenery. Activities arranged.
