Jan 28 2016 My Mother has been a client of One 2 One for a while now and I have to say, the service they provide is excellent, all staff are extremely caring and thoughtful throughout the care they provide to my Mother. One 2 One are a very reliable company and has helped us at short notice or in emergencies when needed. My Mother has built a very good relationship with her allocated carer and says she doesn't know where she would be without her. The Provider of One 2 One and will go out of her way to meet our needs. Very glad that we found them.

By that afternoon the first visit had been made, parents medicated and happy, and arrangements for daily visits put in place. Very early days, but so far excellent!

May 21 2015 Found this company in the directory and being local they seemed ideal.... after initally speeking to them in march by phone to arrange care for my dad to start in the May as i was going away. i was told by the person in charge that they would call me back nearer the time to arrange a care plan.. a week before May arrived. No call. I called everyday leaving numerous messages on voicemail on the one and only phone number. I even showed up at yhe premises to find nobody answering the door. Now concerned that at short notice i wouldnt be able to find another care company.. i am appauled that even to this day 21st May that i just havent heard from them.. no care at all!! So i was left to look after my dad and cancel my time away.. certainly wouldnt recommend them....
