Jan 25 2018 I would say that most of the carers who work for ginger care are in the job for the right reasons, they care for people. A handful are in it for the wrong reasons, they don’t care. I guess this is to be expected within a care agency. However in my relative’s case we didn’t always find the management of poor carers very efficient and communication I’m sorry to say was often poor. As a result I didn’t use to have much faith in management when situations arose. On the whole a caring agency but needs to improve communication with clients and do more to root out the bad apples.

Apr 6 2014 i was using them fine for about a year then they without me knowing sent some body to re asses me i guess as they do this yearly ? i wasn't forewarned or told ... twice they came and twice i was out at hospital ! the next time they were due to come and do work here for me at my home they rang me in stead saying id failed to be home twice now so they couldt provide me any services any more and i was dropped just like that ! the very 1st person they sent to me broke my iron by dropping it on the floor while the manager was in my living room signing me up to them !! total let down so no wouldt use them go else where.... we with health probs need some body reliable key word being reliable!
