Home Angels Chorley

Home Angels provide daily care for my father in his home, as well as some cleaning and shopping. As far as I can tell from what he has said to me in private and from observing them with him, he likes them, and they are kind to him. I too like the Home Angels people I have met and spoken to. I appreciate their care, they are flexible and always willing to change if requested. It is a small team, the owner is closely involved, and can be contacted if necessary any time by text. They seem to choose their staff well. It can sometimes be difficult getting through to the office by phone because it is such a small team, and I am not always sure my phone messages have been listened to or acted-upon, but requests or comments made to individual carers in person will be passed on to their colleagues via their mobile phone shared messaging system, which is quite efficient.
