Kent Enablement at Home

Kent Enablement at Home is managed by Kent County Council and provides short term care and support for adults in their own homes, for up to three weeks, with the option of extending to a maximum of 6 weeks. It has been designed for people who need support to regain their independence after a medical or social crisis. This includes people who have been discharged from hospital following an emergency, such as a fracture or a stroke.
