Jun 22 2017 My mother has received care from the assistants in a kind and caring manner. They have let me know when they have a concern as I asked them to. A big thank you to the two members of staff who I got to know, and the other staff too. Well done and thank you.

Apr 3 2018 I was discharged from hospital with right ankle fusion and fracture left knee, hence, wheelchair bound. Without any help at home, I sort for help through social services. Denis Quality Care as assigned to help out. The care team were very professional through out the period. The care plan captured all my needs such as shopping, morning and evening assistance with daily needs, cooking, laundry as well as medication management and booking ambulance on hospital appointment days. It was like a good family support experience. The morning and evening visits were done on agreed schedule and efficient with my needs. I will surely recommend them to anyone who requires care and support.
