Station Road Medical Practice

The receptionist are horrible and give you nothing but attitude. The way the speak to people they need a good lesson in customer service skills absolutely appalling!

Went to see combat stress who told me to reach out if I ever needed help,, I did need help and right from the cpn I seen at the start its been an absolute disaster,, cpn was sitting with a screwed up face as if I was telling lies when I replied who the cpn was at combat stress that I'd been to see,, they didn't even have the report combat stress had sent the previous year or is the cpn qualified to issue a sick line,,, I've asked to speak to a psychiatrist 6 months ago and have only been able to get a telephone appointment with a cpn,, now I'm left sitting all weekend with no medication because the doctors away on holiday and I only found out when my repeat prescriptions not there even though I put it in 5 days ago,, it's a very unprofessional surgery going by the experience I've had over the last 6 months,, I'd advise going elsewhere if it's to do with mental wellbeing,, I feel 10 times worse than what I felt 6 months ago when I first went to see them,,

Went to pick up prescription .one elderly person in front of me and the way the receptionist spoke to them was appalling .I was shocked at her attitude to this elderly gentleman .I think the practice manager is needing to come out to front reception and monitor this person .or send them back to work on there manners.After all we are the patients of this surgery .
