Have spend over 3hrs trying to call for repeat prescriptions. At one point was on hold for 50mins before I gave up.Called out with prescription line time frame, call was actually answered however bluntly and rudely told to call back between 9.30am and 12.30pm. Not a customer friendly service. | ||||||

I’ve just posted this to Facebook.......... I’m never slow to speak up when I think something’s not right, so well done to my GP Surgery, Tam’s Brig Surgery, for excellent service today. I called at noon with an issue, the Receptionist was brilliant, Doctor called me back within the hour, took details, and as I’m currently quarantining, he personally had medication delivered to my house. All done in less than 3 hours, so kudos where it’s due. | ||||||
