Sick of ringing and not being able to get thro to appointments line ring later no appointments available request ring back no appointments available get told to go into practice 8am that defeats the object of being able to phone plus costs fuel and the chances if parking are nil. The worst GP surgery ever. The phone is constantly busy. I could not get through for months.I am trying to get appointment for my cervical cancer test and also to book for my two children to no avail. when you get them later in the day.They will ask you to ring back at 8am the following day. | ||||||

Always a problem with the phones they blame it on their supplier just ran my son up to birleywood for his covid jab and they've been cancelled no explanation as why rang when we got back for new date and yes there's another fault on their phone line. If their service provider can't supply a service as important as this I suggest they change their service provider. | ||||||
