Eccleston Health Centre

I have been a patient here for over 40 years. The service and treatment I received by one particular doctor was second to none and since her retirement I have seen another doctor and she is excellent, she takes the time to listen to me , even though I know they are under time pressure I never feel rushed or a burden. Recently I saw another doctor through emergency clinic 111 and he treated me with the same professionalism and care. I feel very grateful to receive such great service. Also the reception staff and practice manager perform exceptional standards under stressful situations and I’m always treated like an individual who is important to them

I need my local health centre more than most, yet even after almost a decade of what I can only describe as friendly, professional and a genuinely caring service, I am still welcomed with warm and welcoming smile. Regardless of the reason for a visit everyone is treated with an old fashioned certainty of close care, and our medical staff ....in my opinion are second to none. This little village health centre is not staffed by a group of individuals who just go to work everyday, it is run and managed by a team, who make everyone needing their care and attention feel like they are the most important person in the world...it is certainly how they make all on our street anyway. Any person who needs to use the British national health service should out of common decency make their thoughts and gratitude known to the staff, like those we have in our village health centre; who put us, their patient's first above all else. Therefore, to each and every member of Eccleston's health centre staff I say this... Thank you, for everything you have done, and continue to do for me and everyone else whom you help on a daily basis. Ian.D
