I recently moved to this surgery from on in Prescot and I’m so glad I did. The reception staff are very efficient and nothing is too much trouble for them. All the medical staff are really pleasant - particularly one member of staff - they are so lovely and put me at ease immediately. She is kind and compassionate and is an asset to the surgery. | ||||||

My wife and I have only recently registered wirh this surgery and we have been impressed with the helpfulness of the receptionists and the doctors. We always get an appointment within a day or two which is a great improvement on our last surgery. We are very glad we moved. | ||||||

The ANP who works there is nothing short of amazing. Always smiles and always listens. Whenever a prescription has been required she takes the time to explain the positives and negatives of the drug. She listens and demonstrates complete empathy. I would chose hose to see her above a GP. She listens and takes time. I never feel rushed. She is rarely late and even when seen in the village takes the time to smile and ask after me. The reception staff (in the main) are great and do their best to help). I feel completely safe within the ANPs hands and hope she is there for a long time to care safely for my family and I. | ||||||
