I was very impressed by the kindness and efficiency of a male receptionist at the surgery today. He was so helpful and made me feel that my concerns were taken seriously. I would like to thank him for his help. |

I have had cause to visit the surgery over the last few weeks and l cannot fault the service l have received from all the staff from the receptionists practice nurses and doctors. My husband myself and our daughters have been a patients here for over 20 years and we have always been treated with great care and respect. They all do a fantastic job under pressure and l am grateful to them all. I have never had a problem getting an appointment. Yes appointments do run over sometimes but some people need that bit more time with a doctor or nurse and it is to be expected but you will be seen. Other times l have been in and out in 10 minutes. I for one will be staying as a patient for the foreseeable future |

Doctor told me to come back in two weeks. Receptionist says unless I call Monday morning at 8.30 for emergency appointment, she can't help!!!
Explained I'm at work this is not possible so she said, 'OK then goodbye!'
No flexibility or way to speak to a patient. I'm nearly 70 & have high blood pressure!!!
I have no appointment & feel certainly Receptionist just doesn't give a fig! |
