I needed an appointment to see a doctor as quickly as possible - I telephoned,which was answered straight away. I explained what I needed and was offered a choice of appointments to suit my day. I took the first available one, which was just thirty minutes from my call. I arrived and checked in, was seen on time and received excellent care - wow, what a great service - not only that, but the treatment offered has solved my problem with antibiotics which were prescribed and available on site - all in all a fantastic experience - thank you Longshore Surgeries! | ||||||

I wish to say thank you and express my gratitude that I am registered with to such a caring and considerate practice. In particular the reception staff are always responsive and courteous, which sadly is not the experience one has elsewhere, such as at the Kessingland surgery. I would also like to thank one doctor from Mar 2015 and another doctor from Dec 2013 in particular as in both cases I was listened to ,treated with respect and consideration and swift action was taken which in both cases led to a great sense of relief and to my feeling much more in control and positive about my situation.
