O am staggered to read that this surgery are so poorly performing yet have allegedly high patienr ratings. My experience is that they used to be very good, very thorough and helpful, but now they are apalling. Reception staff are rude and it is almost impossible to get a face to face appointment. Why is covid stopping GPS seeing people while the rest of us continue to work face to face? But if you want a vaccination (which they get paid for) then they find the time. |

Hello I'm doing this review in the hope that this problem can please be addressed. I am a disabled driver and when I come to your survey which is quite often most times it is impossible to get into a disabled space as you now only have one! There appears to be a lot of disabled people as I'm guessing we are a large village and we have a lot more older people due to bring a lovely place to retire to. Why did you take away a disabled space when you had car park redone please, it was difficult enough to get a space before but a lot harder now. Yes you have other parking at the front which is often full but even if it isn't it's spaces are not wide enough cos others park far too close to you and being disabled you need a wider door space to get in. The visit three times ago if I hadn't got to wait for a prescription I would not have been able to get into my drivers side to go home. It is impossible for me to walk from the car park behind the surgery as it's too far and I'm not sure if it's stones in the drive way cos if it is I can't walk in those too. I find that when I have anxiety attacks I daren't drive to surgery in case there are no spaces as is have to drive home again and miss my appointment and get a letter telling me off for not attending my appointment. Just wondered if there is any possibility that another disabled space could be created for the rising number of disabled people with blue badges. Thanks for reading |

Moving to Feltwell some twenty odd years ago and registering with the local doctors surgery I believe I have always received the utmost care and consideration from all the staff, and even with the inevitable change of doctors and staff over the years the ethics of maintaining the standards of the practise for the benefit of their patients can only be five star especially in my case now the advancing years are exacting their toll. Thank you all. Alan. |
