I contacted the surgery by phone at 8am, discussed my condition and was helped through the process, followed by a call at 9am to tell me that a doctor would see me at 10am in the surgery, I was given a very thorough examination and an antibiotic was prescribed, excellent service. | ||||||

Haven't been to the doctor in 2 years. Went through the lengthy process of registering. Went through the long, useless answer message on the phone. Called at the time requested, waited in the que. Receptionist hung up on me because I complained that about their ridiculous answer message. I have something serious I want to see the doctor about, I don't understand how they can be so bad or the receptionist so immoral. Tried to use the online appointment service on the website but It doesn't work. I got Error 404 - Page not found. So what am I supposed to do? I called again and she hung up again. She made the excuse that I was abusive and hung up. It was just an excuse, am I not entitled to be disappointed with a bad service. I jumped through all their hoops just to deal with them. It was a real act of cowardice the way she hung up and completely immoral. I would never do that to someone who was sick. She is looking for any excuse so she can feel fine about dropping the phone. Absolutely awful. What is the point of funding this? This surgery let me down when I needed them. | ||||||

Some of the reception staff are rude and extremely unhelpful There needs to be more training and it would’ve good to start with the staff bare in mind patients require help and understanding at a time of need | ||||||
