This practice has gone terribly wrong somewhere along the line. I have been at this surgery before it moved from Hurst Park Ave. I am sure it’s down to really poor management and a lack of adequate training for ALL admin staff. Perhaps if the main GP had a bit more more clout and gumption like the old gps seemed to have I’m sure it would be a much better run surgery. Receptionists can be extremely blunt and like to over talk and I get the impression that because they work in a drs they are drs too and seem to make decisions on their own if you can speak to a qualified dr. They ask what is wrong with you and need to know before you get anywhere with them,I tell the dr what my complaint is not the booking clerk, how disrespectful and embarrassing to patients, surely this is not right?I could go on about the reception/admin staff and the rude blunt way they speak to you but I guess we have all been there I know in not the only one who is not happy with there discourteous manner. As for the Drs some of those are not much better either in their attitude, some I wouldn’t trust to diagnose a pimple on my nose! I have had a more courteous service taking my pet to the vets,it has got to the point I dread calling that surgery (that’s if the telephone system is not clogged up or cuts you off). It has nothing to do with the so called NHS struggles why this surgery is in the state it’s in.It went down hill before lockdown due to lack of leadership or a leader who simply does not care. |

Dont know why so many people complain about this surgery it's a fantastic practice who try there best to see everyone it's not the doctors or the surgery fault that there is a massive backlog and more people using this surgery let's not forget the reason Brexit came about. |

Impossible to get an appointment, and speak to a doctor of choice, would rather speak to someone that knows a bit of our history, and not one that we’ve never met. |
