Used to be able to order repeat prescriptions by telephone, but have now been told that they have to be ordered in person or on line. As a person who is in their 80s, in poor health and living alone without internet access, it us a struggle as it means a difficult walk with hilly terrain to the practice. A concerned friend has kindly posted the review for me. | ||||||

Although I am not a patient of this practice, I have been accompanying a friend, I cannot praise the Dr and Nurse enough. They are both caring and professional and have dealt with a difficult situation with ease and efficiency. The reception staff have also been very understanding and discreet. | ||||||
