    I recently went to book an appointment here at the practice & was so delighted to be given one on a Saturday morning . Not only did I get to see the doctor but a nurse was there to give me my flu injections too. My previous doctors never opened on a Saturday. I also noticed this practice supports veterans too. I am a hgv driver & can only afford to come in at weekends

    Clear breach of the equality act 2010 and complicit in medical fraud. Refusing to see a patient because they have no face covering breaches human rights and your oath as medical professionals. You are in serious trouble for your actions against the public, it is not acceptable. The NMC are involved going forward.

    I've never had a problem with staff. I've received referrals to dermatology staff when requested. I've been able to request some prescription repeats over the phone and they were helpful changing my contraceptive pill when there was a manufacturer issue. However trying to phone up in a morning is an absolute joke to get an appointment. They need some type of call queue service so you don't have to keep redialling for over 40 minutes for there to be no appointments left.
