I recently decided to move to Lombard, after ongoing appalling service provided by another local medical centre. I can honestly say that the difference in the levels of service and treatment I have received by Lombard has been really quite good. They are quick to answer phone and receptionists and call handlers are polite and professional. Registering was easy, and the team were helpful. No reservations in recommending this practice to anyone thinking of registering. | ||||||

I booked to see GP via online service. No problem getting an appointment. The GP advised I would need further investigation. I was told I would need an ultrasound, which I had within a week. After this I made another appointment via online booking, for a week after for the results. I was told I needed to see a Consultant and before I left the surgery I was given an appointment for a week later. I cannot fault the service that I have received. Thank you GPs of Lombard Street and all your staff, you do a great job. I and my family have always been patients at this surgery and would not go anywhere else. | ||||||
