The service provided though no fault of the practice is in decline.The new housing developments in Southwell asd surrounding villages has put the surgery under extreme pressure.My only critisism if the long wait for services such as blood tests or to see the prctice nurses.I recently asked for an appointment for repeat blood tests following a request by my GP only to find the earliest appointment is over one month away. The other gripe I have is being able to make direct contact via email to either the practice manager or the IT manager. | ||||||

My family and I have been coming to this practice for 22 years now and during that time have always had excellent service. In my experience we are given time to explain issues and discuss treatment. I have been actively listened to and feel that I am involved in my treatment. All all staff are courteous and professional. I have the utmost confidence in the doctors and nurses at Southwell Medical Centre and support staff are very helpful. | ||||||
