Firstly, I want to make it clear that the doctor who takes care of me is extremely patient and helpful. But the receptionist there is terribly rude and impatient. I called them at 12.30 on Thursday. And based on the fact that I got answered immediately without long waiting like it was in previous times, I know it wasn’t busy at the moment. I wanted to book an appointment, she booked me an appointment. Then I wanted to ask some questions related to my appointment, but she just wanted to end the call right there. She kept jumping in my mouth, didn’t let me finish my questions, and raised her voice at me when I just confirmed an information. She treated me like I’m a stupid woman. That is such an unprofessional, rude and heartless behaviour. I feel sorry for the doctors there, while they trying their best to help patients, the receptionist ruins it all and cause a bad impression to the practice in general. | ||||||

It's so rare nowadays for people to give positive feedback but is quick off the cuff to make a complaint, it's a fact of life, and far too many do just that. But today is diffrant, this surgery and its doctor's Nurses, and reception staff that for on the front line of the service do go up and beyond to provide a service we can all be proud of friendly true to their word when they say they will call you back they do just that and will go the extra mile to help. As for the doctors Very easy to talk to and also do follow-ups with the patients making you feel and know your health is very important to them and will do all they can to support you and get the best treatment they can give you and the team at this surgery exceed excellent. No, I don't work for the practice am a patient just like many others, seeking help and advice, Yes I did work for the London ambulance service, and believe me, I have seen it all, and this is why I have written this review to state what is the should be obvious, this practice can show other surgeries the way forward in dealing with people at the front desk and the overindulgence of TLC at its best I would happily give you five stars plus. Please keep up the good work well done and thank you again Scott Perrie retired | ||||||

The last 2 years my grandfather has been housebound. Whenever he needed any help or support from the GP at this practice they have always answered the phone in a timely and professional manner, other practises are not so easy to get through to especially for older people. The service has been extremely responsive to his needs always ensuring a home visit was organised for the same day. I was in attendance for his final visit and the patient was treated with dignity and respect and more importantly listened to - thank you. | ||||||
