The practice is fantastic. I call to request a call back, within a couple of hours (sometimes put through immediately) I’m speaking with the doctor, if he needs to see me or my children or if I want him to then he will see them or me within a few hours. But sometimes he doesn’t need to see us, he can help over the phone. Which is great! Staff are always polite, friendly, efficient and respectful. The Nurses are lovely too. The doctor himself is the best GP we have ever had. This practice should be used as a model for all GP practices. I am so grateful to be a patient here. | ||||||

I was particularly worried about a chest X-ray that I needed to have. I had expressed my concerns to the Dr and he encouraged me to get it done. I had the X-ray done yesterday and was told that I would hear within 5 days. I received a phone call from the Dr this morning telling me that it was all clear - this was less than 24 hours since having the x-ray. The Dr, very kindly, rang me to put my mind at ease. The whole team at the cottage surgery go above and beyond in patient care and I would recommend them to anyone. | ||||||
