I have attempted several times to either get an appointment or a call back from the doctor with no luck. On the one off chance that i manged to secure an appointment for a smear test, the nurse called in sick and they cnacelled my appointment 2 hours before! i was fuming as i had taken time from work for this appointment. | ||||||

I’m the first person to write a bad review about this practice, buy I have to say they have tried to make improvements I like the way they now keep to their word and have many appointments kept aside for that day you call. This makes it so much easier to get to see a doctor I’ve gone from trying to spend a week at a time waiting to almost always getting one the day it’s needed. I do think that some of the doctors can still be rude, but you can see they are trying to get back to what it once was..... long way to go but credit where due. | ||||||

I have advanced complex COPD which means I have to be on Oxgen 24 hours a day , I also use an inhaler. . Because of the hot weather I have had to use my inhaler far more than usual. As my repeat prescription was 4 weeks away it was with trepidation that I rang the surgery’s prescription dept, I needn’t have worried. Spoke to a lovely pharmacist who when she realised I couldn’t get to the surgery,and because I am registered with the nearby pharmacy arranged for them to request the inhalers so they could deal with it urgently. On this occasion I have to give 5 stars thank you.. | ||||||
