This throughly modern efficient surgery is rating as two stars because most of us only complete a review if we've had a bad experience. My family are all treated here and have had appointments when we need them and routine bloods when they are due and respectful service at all time. So I felt I should commend the team on trying to get it right given the difficulties the NHS faces! |

The Receptionist that I spoke to on the phone became obnoxious rude and arrogant when I questioned her advice, even though she was proven to be wrong. I have tried to contact the practice manager to complain however, my two calls have never been returned. LH has become too big and the quality of service is appalling. Some of the staff and doctors seemed to forget that they are there to serve the public. Melton needs alternative provision |

If I could give 0 I would, my Dr has not cared at all since I was 15, he didn’t recommend me to Camhs til I was nearly 18 and now I have developed much more serious mental health issues and am unable to work because I am so unstable and suicidal, he told me that I should go to work??? I would love to be able to work, I’ve worked since I was 18 but I can’t right now, he acted completely uncaring and has never taken anything I’ve said seriously |
