Been a patient at The County Practice for around 25 years now. At one time you could take a reliable practice with a sensible appointment system for granted - not so much now! Whilst they are obviously under the same ridiculous pressure as elsewhere, the booking system works well and all of the GPs I have seen ( obviously we all have particular favourites!) are good - pleasant and friendly despite the obvious need to get through appointments quickly! |

2nd ultrasound booking was cancelled after receiving a phone call at 16:03 the day prior to the appointment with a voicemail stating the sonographer can't open the clinic until 12:00pm (appointment was 11:15). Tried to return call at 16:05 met with an automated message saying phone lines closed at 16:00. This is the 2nd time it was cancelled in exactly the same manner. Poor service and poor communication. No alternatives given, 9months waiting for a scan which my GP put through as urgent. Absolutely appalled by the service received. (Reviewed on behalf of my wife) |
