They calls after ages .. offer an appointment in padiham when we live next door . All purpose of moving here was because we live on same road.. either there is no docter or no appointment available.. the receptionist are ignorant they should be trained better how to talk to patients because of us this surgery is open .. you have over 3000patients here and one docter how stupid is that... Absolutely joke this place half of my family has already moved to yarn spinners I guess we will all now.. You might aswell shut this place up. | ||||||

Usually, i attend the Padiham branch - they're perfect. However, I had to attend the Nelson branch today and honestly i've never been disrespected so much. I should not have to inform the doctor on my inability to walk much due to being drained, to have him laugh at me and throw it across as if it's a joke. To then question my other symptoms in a degrading way and have my likes, displayed as patches on my coat, questioned and once again degraded.
It's extremely rude and I don't ever plan to visit the Nelson centre again.

The doctor here is brilliant takes shows compassion empathy and listens to what the patients has to say. The doctor a good excellent practitioner... and puts the patient's needs at number 1 | ||||||
