I have recently just moved to clitheroe from burnley and there for I have moved to pendleside gp and truthly the worse thing I ever did I have a chronic problem and I am far from given help I have to wait up to 2 weeks to be seen just to get pain relive when I first went there they also took me of the one and only medication that has ever working fully for me which mean now I am constantly trying to ring up to get appointment to get new medications cause the ones I am sent home with never work and I am someone who heavily relies on having a medication that works as I have a full time job and also have to do a 6 Miles round walk Just to get to work and back the worse part of the Pendleside gp is the receptionist there is one who is lovely but there is another one and I have never spoken to someone they way she speaks to people she is a very rude women with a serious attitude problem so no I would certainly not recommend this gps don’t get me wrong all the doctors are not bad there is one that I have seen there that is brilliant but if I am being honest the rest are far from that |

My family have had the good fortune of being with this surgery for 10 years and it is a fantastic organisation. Their strength is in their people, a wonderful multi-skilled team. From the lovely receptionists, right through to the hard working dedicated GP’s.
I can get an appointment early in the morning to late in the afternoon, that fits around my work. I can get a telephone consultation at very short notice. I can see my GP, or fast track to the next available GP if I want to.
They have an amazing online facility that lets me see my medical records, test results, make appointments and even send messages to the GP team.
5 stars aren’t enough to reflect how good Pendleside Surgery is! |

I consider myself lucky to be a patient of this practice. The doctors are always caring and kind and easy to talk to, and if you need an emergency appointment they will try to help. |
