Awful service. They mix up my regular tests, could not sort outrefferal for a year, mess up with appointments. |

It says no online booking at this surgery. That's wrong. You're forced to go through a *second* system different to the online repeat prescription system to book an appointment. I no longer get noticed about the timing of annual check-ups presumably to force me to sign up for this second system. No other surgery seems appears to be as irresponsible as to make you remember multiple logins and different systems just to handle your business. I dread to think how elderly people deal with it. and yes it has been over a year since I've gone because it's ridiculous. Attempts to call just get ignored. At least update this entry to be honest and let people know you're going to force them to use some rubbish online booking system. Ironically st mary's uses the same system for online booking as this one uses for repeat prescriptions so there is literally no reason we can't have just one system for everything. |

Have been a patient here for 19 years, can always get to speak to a doctor and if required get an apt the same day. The reception staff are professional, helpful and efficient, the care I have received here has been great. |
