I called in at the surgery to see if I could speak to a Nurse, about an ongoing health issue, to be told the Nurse would ring me that afternoon. Waited and Waited and received a text saying make another appointment, I rang the surgery at 6-20 pm to be told the Nurse had tried to contact me, I hadn’t been out , sat by the phone all the time, I was told they were shutting in ten minutes, Nurse had gone home, ring again next Tuesday four days away, or ring the out of hours , not good enough , very poor service | ||||||

I suffered a disease in my spine called sponydylodicitis which has in the following years resulted in crippling nerve pain all over my body. Yesterday I had a consultation with a very compassionate nurse who said she would do her best yet the doctor decides to keep me on gabapentin (which has not worked for years since my spinal infection-) and refuses to put me on pregabalin which actually works. Guess I will have to continue buying my medicine on the streets or online then. Thanks alot dr Thomas | ||||||

The receptionist is very rude, patronising unhelpful and arkward. Not very professional working practice. Looking for another Surgery to attend.
