Everything about this practice is outstanding from the second you call to book your appointment. A wonderful team of people who make you feel like part of the Hendow practice family. Never had problem booking an appointment, never felt rushed at any stage and any concerns I have are dealt with amazingly regardless of how big or small they may seem. Love this surgery and all its staff. My Doctor and the Sister two of the most caring people I have ever met. I am proud to be part of their patient-base. X | ||||||

I literally cannot fault my GP or any of his staff. Everyone is friendly, helpful, caring & compassionate. They are on top of their game, they deal with things quickly and accurately. If they are unable to offer an appointment when is convenient then they do their absolute best to accommodate you. The doctor & Sister are happy to telephone you if you feel this could help. Amazing people & amazing service. | ||||||

I moved to this practise as I was unable to get any appointments with my old doctors. Since moving I have always been able to get through by phone and then receive an appointment within a couple of days. The staff are all polite and friendly and I cant recommend enough. | ||||||
