We wish to record a big thank you to my doctor who provided first-class emergency care for our 4-year old son on the evening of Friday, 26/01/18. He is a superb GP and a credit to the medical profession. Thank you also to the nurse and HCA who cared for our son that evening, and to the admin staff for their help and concern. The paramedics who took our son to A&E were likewise excellent. am still awaiting referrals and still my symptoms continue to get worse, I don’t accept this case has been handled correctly, I have been insulted and misinform regarding test results and re prescribed things I assured GPs weren’t making a difference to my symptoms, I don’t accept that after months of visits the investigating had to be left to myself and that I had to request testing myself, including urine blood and stool tests, I do not accept been told the symptoms are a fabric of my imagination and to seek advice Reply from Leven & Beeford Medical Practice Thu, 14 Sep 2017 15:40:00 +0100 Many thanks for taking the time to leave your comment and apologies that you feel your case hasn't been handled correctly. Over the last 3 years , I have had reason to use this practice quite often and have found them to be exellent.
I would find it hard to level any criticism, any improvements would be purley cosmetic in nature.
Basically doing a really good job, so a big THANK YOU to them all. | ||||||
