absolute joke of a practice don't ever get past the think they are medically trained reception staff saying you don't need to be seen ignore letters from specialists saying that you need a certain treatment and referral more often than not them letters have not been received and you as the patient are made yo feel as you are lying about what has been said at your appointment make you feel like your medical needs are of no interest to them and they never give you the chance to make an appointment with the dr or even the nurse | ||||||

Trying to get past the receptionist is hard work, and as for actually seeing anyone at the minute, forget it, I had to quote the gov.uk website in order to get my smear test done. | ||||||
